Welcome to the Bordon Liphook Haslemere Charity Website
Over £1,000,000 Given to the Community
The Bordon Liphook Haslemere Charity is a unique organisation providing financial support to individuals and community groups within a strictly limited geographical area around the respective towns.
Since its inception in 1992, the charity has given grants which have amounted to over £1,000,000 primarily to families but also individuals. Community groups have regularly been supported, especially since the charity founded the Boltini Fund with the support of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Fund. In the Haslemere area, the charity supports organisations through the Challis Fund.
The Trustees of the Charity meet monthly to determine the grants, whilst the Manager can quickly deal with smaller or more pressing needs. Help with food, furniture, electrical goods, and carpets are the most common grants given.
The money distributed by the Charity is raised from four charity shops, in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere and Grayshott. The shops sell donations of goods, which provide funds for the Charity who then distribute them back to the community.

How we raise our money
Our Four Charity shops in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere and Grayshott account for over 99% of the funds raised. Included in that figure is the money raised from gift-aid.
Our four shops are some of the most profitable in the country, making more profit per shop than many of the National Chains – source 2015 Charity Finance.
As well as donations of goods, we welcome cash donations. Cheques should be made out to the Bordon Liphook Haslemere Charity and sent to our Head Office at Hampshire House, Hampshire Road, Bordon. GU35 0HJ Or handed in to any of our shops where it will be most gratefully received.
